Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the NbOnes apps, websites, and related services provided by L.A. Fabrication, LLC.

1. The service

NbOnes, operated by L.A. Fabrication, LLC, purchases eligible unused gift cards directly from users. You are the seller and NbOnes is the buyer. You submit your gift card for review, and NbOnes pays you for an accepted purchase. NbOnes does not sell gift cards or digital content to you through this service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Identity and payout verification may be required. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Gift card ownership and submissions

You may submit only a gift card that you legally own and have the right to sell. Do not submit stolen, fraudulent, previously used, altered, duplicated, or unlawfully obtained cards; cards belonging to another person; or credit cards, debit cards, bank cards, or other payment cards. Information and images must be accurate and sufficient for review.

4. Review, quotes, and acceptance

Supported gift card categories and countries may change. The amount displayed before submission is an estimate based on the selected card, country, face value, format, and processing option. Each submission is subject to verification of the card and its balance and to acceptance by NbOnes.

If verification results in a lower purchase price than the estimate shown when you submitted, we will explain the revised price in the Support chat associated with that order. We will only purchase at the lower price after you explicitly agree in that chat. You may decline the revised price. Submitting a card for review, remaining silent, or not replying does not constitute agreement to a later price reduction.

We may reject unsupported, invalid, unverifiable, suspicious, or otherwise ineligible submissions. Do not submit the same card in another transaction or transfer it while its review is unresolved. Use the order’s Support chat if you need help with the review or a proposed price change.

5. Proceeds, fees, and timing

Approved gift card purchase proceeds are credited to your NbOnes balance or paid through a payout method available for your account and region. You may request withdrawal of available proceeds through the app using the payout methods offered for your account.

NbOnes does not charge additional selling fees or withdrawal fees. No additional NbOnes service fee is deducted from the agreed purchase price or from your withdrawal amount.

Purchase estimates, processing times, payout availability, limits, and verification requirements may vary. NbOnes does not guarantee that every submission will be accepted or that bank or payout-channel processing will be completed within a particular time.

6. Images and other content

Only upload images and information that are necessary for a card submission, identity verification, profile, or support request and that you have the right to share. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unrelated content. We may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade verification or limits, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, manipulate quotes or transactions, facilitate fraud or money laundering, or violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

8. Service communications and availability

We may provide operational, security, order, payout, account, and policy notices. Features, supported cards, countries, quote availability, and processing times may change due to maintenance, market conditions, provider availability, risk controls, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Suspension, disputes, and termination

We may delay a transaction or restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to verify information, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion from Me > Delete account in the app. We complete deletion within 7 business days after verifying account ownership and resolving any pending orders or withdrawals. 10. Intellectual property

The NbOnes name, branding, software, and site content are owned by L.A. Fabrication, LLC or its licensors. These Terms provide a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service as intended and do not transfer ownership.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, acceptance of any card, or a particular quote or processing time. To the extent permitted by law, NbOnes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, legal, security, or risk-control changes. The updated date will be published here, with additional notice where required by law.
